Your booking

Standard 1:1 sessions cost £45 for 50 minutes. Standard 2:1 sessions cost £30 per player (£60 total) for 60 minutes and are booked together for two players. Sessions with Colm are arranged by enquiry and start from £65; availability and the final price are confirmed before booking.

Payment is by bank transfer or cash. Selecting a method does not record payment as received. Playerhub confirms receipt separately.

Cancellations

Parent cancellations within 24 hours of the session start require full payment. Cancellations received earlier are referred to Playerhub for payment review. If Playerhub cancels a session, no session fee is due; any payment already received will be reviewed for a refund or agreed alternative.

Use your private booking link to cancel before the session starts, or contact Playerhub. Keep the link private: it provides access to your booking details and cancellation controls.

Information we collect

Playerhub Coaching collects the arranging parent or guardian’s name, email and mobile number, the player’s first name, booking details, payment status and any information provided in an enquiry. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the enquiry form.

How it is used

These records help Playerhub arrange coaching, respond to enquiries, manage attendance and payments, and send service communications. Authorised Playerhub administrators can access the records. Hosting and, when connected, email providers process information to operate this service.

Availability marketing emails are optional. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in an availability email or by contacting Playerhub. Opting out does not cancel an existing booking.

Access and retention

Records are retained for booking administration and necessary business records. Contact Playerhub through the details on the booking page to request access, correction or deletion of information. Playerhub may need to retain records required for existing bookings or payment administration.

Browser storage

Admin sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies. The app does not use advertising trackers. Your private booking link contains an access token; do not post it publicly.
